As part of a software development transformation program, an international group wants to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI Coding practices across several development teams. After a successful pilot phase, the goal is to industrialize the use of generative AI-assisted development tools and software agents for around 50 developers across multiple product teams. The role sits within a broader effort to modernize development workflows and improve engineering productivity.
- Support developers in adopting Agentic AI Coding tools.
- Train teams on best practices for using AI development assistants.
- Run AI-augmented pair programming sessions.
- Help teams adopt new development workflows.
- Define and share usage standards for AI tools across development cycles.
- Put in place best practices for context engineering, spec-driven development, harness engineering, and AI-assisted development.
- Improve delivery workflows and software quality.
- Create and maintain reusable skills, templates, agents, and automations for teams.
- Contribute directly to application development.
- Help teams solve technical challenges related to AI usage in development.
- Contribute to architecture and software quality topics.
- Strong backend software development experience with .NET / C#.
- Good grasp of software architecture principles.
- Strong command of development best practices: Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, refactoring, testing, and code review.
- Significant experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode, GitHub Copilot, or equivalents.
- Solid understanding of Agentic AI approaches applied to software development.
